My Approach
I integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and somatic approaches to help you understand and manage anxiety. I may also draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help you identify triggers, work with anxious parts of yourself, and develop practical strategies you can use in daily life. Together, we'll create a personalized plan to quiet the "what ifs" and help you reconnect with a sense of calm and clarity.
